Responsibilities
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision using measuring tools and gauges
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Skills
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.) a plus.
Understanding of production procedures
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear)

Candidate would be responsible for:
Production data entry
Validating inventory quantities
Inventory adjustments.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Responsibilities
Integral team member involved in the RFQ process including process development and tooling design.
Manage the APQP / Gate Process and is responsible for ensuring the project launch is completed on time and within budget.
Work closely with customers thru the launch process. Participate in customer APQP meetings.
Responsible for coordination internally and externally of all engineering changes.
Coordinate all activity with outside suppliers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of Manufacturing Technology.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a metal fabrication company.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
Experience with MS Project.
Strong knowledge of tool design.
Solid fabrication background (extrusion, sawing, stamping, machining, finishing and assembly).
Strong knowledge of quality techniques, methods and gaging.
Experience with AutoCAD Inventor or similar system.
Strong understanding of GD&T.

Job Description
Manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician(s) to work in our manufacturing facility located in Wyoming, MI. 2nd and 3rd shift available. Our facility is comprised of Extrusion, Punch presses, CNC mills, saws, formers, and an Anodizing/Electro Plating line. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background of troubleshooting and problem solving within a manufacturing work environment.
Essential Functions:
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment, as well as regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility.
Can prioritize repairs, activities, and events in accordance with production demand.
The ability to effectively communicate with interdepartmental and external departmental personnel.
Conduct routine mechanical testing of plant equipment.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Required Education and Experience:
Mechanically inclined with experience troubleshooting equipment.
A basic understanding of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical
A work history that includes good attendance
A commitment to complete work with safety, quality, and efficiency in mind.
Willingness to learn on the job and be willing to work with a variety of machines and processes.
High School Diploma/GED
3 Years Maintenance Experience is preferable.
Ability to work at heights and confined spaces.
Ability to work while wearing PPE equipment.
Ability to provide own basic tools.
Electrical and Controls knowledge
Must have good trouble shooting, problem solving, and communication skills.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in a plant environment within a manufacturing/warehouse/shipping facility with a controlled climate in the office area, temperatures vary in the plant area.
This position requires standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying, pushing/pulling, balancing, kneeling, and crawling
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime. A .50 cent shift premium is available for 2nd & 3rd shift. A monthly perfect attendance bonus is also available. Standard days/hours are Monday – Saturday 10-hour days, 60-hours a week
